Brad’s is a bit of an institution in the ‘burbs. The restaurant was warm and buzzy; packed as usual with loyal clientele, and the big fella himself dropped in to say hello and make some recommendations.

That being the prime rib and T-bone; and managed to convince some punters – many who often opt for the safety of a fillet (not necessarily a bad choice, as his pepper steak fillet is an award-winner).

Alas while some lads were having a smoke break; there was some swopping of plates in an attempt to grab the larger looking steaks. Boys will be boys…

This was soon followed by “Hey – my steak is as rare as a baboons arse”. Personally - I rated my steak a 9/10, so I think the cheeky game of musical steaks delivered some carnivorous karma.

All in all, great food + warm atmosphere = good dining. Good job.
