Royal 35 is a new kid on the block that had opened a week prior to our Steakboyz night. At the core of their menu is their classic collection of USDA Prime beef which is dry aged for 30-35 days in their in-house aging box in Himalayan salt. The restaurant features a 130-seat dining room and upper level private dining room, which we had booked for our dinner. Service was good yet slow especially at the beginning. The Royal seafood tower was a highlight as everything was fresh and tasty, as well as their tuna tartare. The individual small iceberg salad between the appetizers and meat was spot on. Both the Porterhouse and Ribeye had a great texture and flavor, winning really good rating from most of us. Appetizers were average and did not leave a mark. Samplings of desserts were fairly good. Overall a positive experience and a fair pricing.
