Air Fryer Ribeye with Herb Butter
Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 45 mins Crispy outside, juicy inside – this air fryer steak is topped with a savoury herb butter that melts into every bite. Ingredients 4 tbsp. butter, softened 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp chopped parsley 1 tsp each chopped chives, thyme & rosemary 2 lb bone-in ribeye Kosher salt & black pepper Method 1. Mix butter with garlic and herbs. Shape into a log using plastic wrap and chill for 20 mins. 2. Season steak generously with salt and pepper. 3. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for 12–14 mins (flip halfway) until desired doneness. 4. Top with a slice of herb butter before serving.
