The NYC SteakBoyz finally found themselves in the iconic Time Warner centre to enjoy a night of beef. Porterhouse NYC did not disappoint.
The night started off with impeccable service from the Porterhouse staff. The table was set near a window with a view of Central Park. The menus had the Steakboyz Logo printed on it for added flair. There were two towers of shellfish planted on the table to start the feast, bacon and bone marrow rounded out the apps. Per the ratings these dishes all faired extremely well. When it came time for the steak we enjoyed the namesake cut as well as a cote de beuf. Although this is only the second steak night all agreed it will be at the top come the end of the year. Again the Porterhouse staff came through as they treated us to a sampling of all the deserts on the menu. As usual wine was plentiful and red was the choice (exception Tony Rose). This place can be summed up by stating it is comfortable quality that you expect in this part of town.
